Hi!
I am Cornish Ted.
You can follow me here as I go on my adventures with Pride Property Management!
I will also post other useful information here, along with some photos of beautiful Cornwall, links to some of Cornwalls most amazing places and some other wonderful Cornish businesses.
Here I am at the Rocky Beach, Trevone.
I was dropping off some of our new leaflets. We’re 21 this year (2025) so we took the opportunity to have one of our delicious hampers on the beach…..yummmmmy!

WOW!…What a busy couple of months since I last posted!…27/05/2025
This is going to be quite a long post as there is so much to catch up on!
There has been changeover cleans, domestic cleans, commercial cleans, builders cleans, maintenance, new uniform, a new office…oh and cows!!

So lets start with one of the builders cleans that we did for Aaron from the Cornish Building Company. Aaron has been doing some amazing work, with an extension and new kitchen and called us in to do a full builders clean of the 3 story farmhouse, which had to be completed in 3 days ready for the guests arrival. Our amazing team managed to complete on time and this has resulted in us taking on the changeover cleans for all three properties on the complex…….and I got to meet the neighbours!🐮.
The sun setting over our van on the last day of the builders clean. 🌅
New uniform arrived and we signed on the dotted line for our new offices (still a work in progress as we work around our clients needs), more photos will be added once we have put up walls etc. If you’re in Wadebridge come and visit us for coffee (might be best to wait until completion though) at 10, Clear Space, Dunveth Business Park, West Hill, Wadebridge PL27 7FE.
A massive thank you once again to AD Signs of Wadebridge for doing another great job, this time with signage above the front doors.

A trip along the M5 to collect some items for the new office.
Stopped off to admire the famous ‘coming home trees’ at Cookworthy Knapp. A very quiet A30.
Established in 2004, ARC Property Services as it was known then, was rebranded with a name change in 2016; inspired by the Padstow ‘Pride’ flower, red valerian. This year we redesigned with the iconic trees and incorporating the Cornish flag …. Cornwall is my home…..

Another busy day running around…08/04/2025
Running here there and everywhere today, no time to enjoy the glorious Cornish views or even time to stop for a coffee!!
Last job of the day was a commercial clean in Bodmin which gave us the opportunity to pop over to Lanivet and the Welcome Stranger fish & chip cafe and takeaway, where we grabbed some cod & chips with the best curry sauce ever!
We drove down the road and ate them as we watched the sun go down!
Perfect end to a very busy day!

Busy couple of days…Deep cleans, meetings with new clients, commercial cleans….& of course COFFEE!! 02/04/2025 – 04/04/2025
So here I am, 02/04/25 and I’ve just pulled up to the property at Mother Ivey’s Bay to do a deep clean and had to take a minute to have a look at the breathtaking view!

After a few hours deep cleaning & a very happy client (see the testimonials page) it was off to Beach Box again, this time at Harlyn Bay, where we enjoyed an iced latte and a regular latte with an amazing ham & cheese toastie and a delicious cheeseburger!
03/04/25 back to Mother Ivey’s to finish the deep clean (and to soak up the views!)….not enough time for coffee today…there’s always tomorrow though!
04/04/2025 had a great meeting with a lovely new client this morning between Harlyn & St Merryn…afterwards obviously the coffee was calling so off we went to Froth – Seven Bays Coffee Shop in St Merryn, the coffee was great and the cannoli were well worth the money, they had 3 flavours, pistachio, white chocolate & hazelnut and you might as well try all 3 as they do 3 for £5!

The lovely lady that served us, Harriet Fouracres also does mobile massage therapy.
Coffee, art & dog grooming Fletchersbridge PL30 4AN… 21/03/2025
I took my friend Oxo over to Tamar Tails for some pampering and a nail trim. Thanks Georgia for your patience, Oxo is a bit of a fidget!
Across the way is Stable Art for EVERYTHING art related; far too much for me to list but click the link to their website, or better still, head over to them in person and you can wander upstairs to Coby’s Coffee Shop where you can enjoy one of the best lattes in Cornwall. I also highly recommend the Big Betsy (avocado, sausage patty, bacon, egg & a delicious chilli jam in a brioche roll! 😋).
Opposite Tamar Tails there is The Hair & Lash Shack which I obviously didn’t visit as I am a bear! But you could drop the dog to Tamar Tails for some pampering whilst you get pampered at The Hair & Lash Shack!

Back out to Port Isaac 15/03/2025
Another glorious but gusty day in Port Isaac, quoting for a new property…and what a view this one has!!
Ring O’ Bells, St. Issey PL27 7QA 14/03/2025
Had a great evening at the re-opening of the Ring O’ Bells Inn & Restaurant in St. Issey!
Described as “Delightfully Cornish” and with a Tripadvisor Hall of fame certificate of excellence it is definitely worth a visit!
With a beaming smile, landlady Kirsty will give you and your dog a traditional friendly Cornish welcome!

Trevarthen Farm Shop…time for another cuppa! ☕ 11/03/2025
Off to Port Isaac today to visit some properties and do a leaflet drop. On the way back to Wadebridge we stopped at Trevarthen Farm Shop & Restaurant where a much needed coffee and a milkshake were consumed eagerly as we took 10 minutes out of a busy day & watched the animals in the Spring sun with the youngest member of the Pride! ❤️

Polzeath…a nice cuppa & walk on the beach! ☕ 08/03/2025
‘Out and about’ visiting properties around Polzeath, lunchtime came and our stomachs started to rumble so we made a little pitstop to enjoy an amazing latte and some delicious food (a cheese toastie and the most wonderful maple bacon and sweet potato soup 😋) from Beach Box Cafe. Located at some of the best places in North Cornwall; you’re never far from a Beach Box and their great grub!
Obviously we had to walk off this satisfying lunchtime delight, so off we went along the beach, which, since 2019 has been cared for by the Beach Ranger ensuring that the beach and the surrounding areas are a clean, safe and an enjoyable place for locals and visitors. 👏

Making new friends… 06/03/2025
I have made some wonderful new friends at Seven Bays Holidays, check out their website if you’re looking for your next Cornish holiday, local places to eat, drink & shop, places to visit or to find a well trusted & experienced property management company 😉, they have it all!

“Gool Peran Lowen” – Happy St Piran’s Day – 05/03/2025
Saint Piran’s Day is celebrated each year on 5th March as the national day of Cornwall.
Saint Piran, or ‘Perran’ as he is also known, is famed for his discovery of the precious metal tin. Saint Piran is the patron saint of tin-miners.
Saint Piran’s Day was originally observed as a ‘tinner’s holiday’ by the numerous tin-miners of Cornwall.
The conversion of the raw black ore to the white liquid tin also inspired the colours of Cornwall’s national flag; adopted circa 1838.
These are a few of many pictures captured, which resonates the beautiful Cornwall we all love and enjoy.

Trevisker Garden Centre, Padstow PL28 8LD – 04/03/25
I visited my friends, Mark & Sian at Trevisker Garden Centre today and met a beautiful young lady named Bella behind the counter, a lovely black Mastiff X.
I also saw Cetus, The Whale, an amazing sculpture outside made from ghost fishing gear collected from 7 local beaches thanks to Beach Guardian. Please click the link to learn more and how you can get involved.

Spring has finally sprung! The warmer weather is here.
This little fella has come out of hibernation and is ready to lend a hand doing some maintenance!
❤️
