We carry out a full inspection internally and externally on every visit. If any issues are discovered during our checks, we update the owners and the letting agent (if applicable) with a detailed account, together with photographs.
Holiday homes are inspected on every departure and each week during vacant periods.
As part of our caretaking packages or individually, we can provide gardeners, window cleaners and weekly hot tub maintenance.
Holiday lets are supplied with logs and kindling for open fires and log burners in the winter months. During the summer months, they are supplied with BBQ gas/charcoal.

Our in house team takes care of regular ongoing maintenance to keep the properties at their best as well as complete refurbishment and decoration of a room or whole property.
We also have an extensive list of contractors for every trade and service, many of whom we have worked with for years. All are fully vetted and have all relevant qualifications and insurances.
Waste management
Pride Property Management are a fully regulated and licensed waste carrier.
Providing weekly waste collections for holiday homes on departure day, ensuring that guests arrive to a clean and tidy environment. Wheelie bins are regularly cleaned and sanitised.
